This portrait session was done in Historic Burn's Court, Sarasota. The location was picked for the colors so we could play off her eyes and outfits.... and then we went to Siesta Key Beach.

Savannah Jade

This is a portrait session in the "High School Seniors" category of photography. It was carefully planned to reflect her love of horseback riding. I chose the clothing and accessorized with the Burberry scarf, belt & bag and tall riding boots to reflect that. The location was perfect for the feeling I wanted to create.

Finding the perfect location for a client is so wonderful when you hit the mark....

I heard this old gas station Ringling School of Art and Design had bought was about to be torn down. They let their students paint it and I had 2 days to set up the shoot! Sure enough, the morning after, it was a pile of (painted) rubble...
